We know that because we don’t just work here in New West—we live here, too. Friendly, welcoming, and community-oriented; we chose New West because we believe our clients are best served when they are under no pressure and free to create as they please.

In 2023, 90% of our clientele were returning customers or had otherwise been a part of a session with us prior to their own booking. We believe in doing our part to build a strong music community—our favourite pastimes are cultivating long-term working relationships and watching our clients’ careers blossom.

Ask us a question about a piece in the studio, and we’re sure to have some sort of ridiculous (yet true) story about how we came about it. Like how one of our favourite studio drum sets was rescued moments before being crushed by a bulldozer at a landfill, or how we bought our first Neumann microphone for spare change on the way to a Tragically Hip concert in the middle of nowhere, or…well, you get the idea.
